(Senior) Producer (f/m/d)Are you passionate about free-to-play games and eager to join a dynamic team working on an idle game played by millions daily? If so, this role could be ideal.
Reporting to the Head of Production, you will collaborate with the Product Lead on one of our top live games, "Idle Bank Tycoon." You'll be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, from planning new features and content to supporting live players, all while driving innovation in the free-to-play mobile market.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the roadmap in line with the vision and priorities set by the Product Lead.
- Build trust and ensure predictability by supporting project leads and managing the expectations of the Product Lead and various stakeholders.
- Respond to unexpected live events, lead investigations, adjust roadmaps as needed, and communicate any changes.
- Ensure alignment and facilitate communication with other teams, such as marketing and service teams.
- Lead the production team effectively and sustainably, keeping the team focused, motivated, and minimizing waste.
- Oversee sprints, monitor daily progress, and address any blockers.
- Actively contribute to the production team by sharing challenges and proposing solutions for ongoing improvements at the company level.
Required skills
- 3+ years experience working as a Producer in the mobile free-to-play market
- Experience of the entire game life cycle from conception to release and LiveOps
- Experience in managing a game in the LiveOps stage
- Familiar with project management software and methodologies
- Strong project management, scheduling, and multi-team coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills in English, with excellent interpersonal skills
- Empathy and a feel for people
- Passionate about free-to-play mobile games
Desirable skills
- Experience in working as a Producer in a game in the LiveOps stage
- Familiarity with Unity and Jira
